We have never enjoyed anything as much as our enclosed patio. We sit out in it from Spring to Thanksgiving. Even now when the sun is out around 1:00 p.m. for a couple of hours it is warm enough to sit out in. It helps keep out house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. It was one of our better home improvements we have ever made. I only wished we had done this when we first moved into our home.
